2010 Ticket Prices & Table Sponsorship Opportunities...

$18 Individual Guest Ticket
$225 Gold Reserved Table:  includes 1/4 page ad in catalog, reserved table for 8, Gold Prize drawings
$250 Gold Event Sponsor:  $250 cash donation - Half page ad, 2 complimentary tickets
$500  Platinum Event Sponsor:  $500 cash donation - Full page ad, 2 complimentary tickets

These sponsorships help us offset the event expenses which allows us to concentrate on raising funds to directly benefit the students and the school.

How You Can Support the Auction...

~Help acquire donations of merchandise, services, & gift certificates for the general auction
~Donate items appropriate for the children's auction (can be new or clean/gently used)
~Make a cash donation to purchase auction items in your name or your business name
~Invite friends and family to attend the auction

• Please donate and/or acquire donations by March 25.

*If you are attending the auction, please consider bringing your child to our Children's Auction held at CCS during the regular auction.  Your child will enjoy food, drink, and entertainment for an affordable fee during the auction (5:30 - 9:00 pm). Children should bring additional money to make purchases "auction style".  Make reservations for the children's auction through the office at office@calhounchristian.org.  (This part of the evening is a Mission Trip Fundraiser.)  Children must be potty trained to attend.
