FOLLIES 2026 

We are hosting Follies on Friday, April 17 at 6:00pm.  Follies is a Mission Trip Fundraiser put on by the Class of 2026. All of our preschool and elementary students will be in an act through their music class!

CCS AUCTION 2026

Ticket sales, sponsorship opportunities and ad purchases end for the auction on March 4th! We will not be extending sales past this date so buy your ticket TODAY.  Registration is online.  The auction is Friday, March 13 beginning at 6pm. If you can’t attend in person, register for a virtual bidding pass FOR FREE to bid on items from anywhere. Childcare is provided from 0+ for $10 per child.  We hope to see you there! 
Thank you so much for all the wonderful donations we have received for the auction so far.  We will continue to accept donations through Monday, March 2.  We are grateful for your support of this important event! 

REENROLLMENT IS MARCH 2-20

Current families have first dibs on spots for the 2026-2027 school year, if reenrollment is completed between March 2-20. A few notes below plus check out the attachment for more details: 
•    Complete reenrollment between March 2-20 via the FACTS Family Portal
•    The Financial Aid Application is now open for current families who may not be able to attend CCS otherwise. Log into the FACTS Family Portal, select Financial, then off on the right under Financial Links, select Apply for Aid
•    New children to CCS can apply now for next year via the FACTS Family Portal, under Apply/Enroll – click Application to begin 

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES, MARCH 2-4

Spring P/T Conferences will be on March 2-4 in the evening. Sign up on our website under CCS Families > P/T Conferences. You will have to log in with your FACTS Family Portal username and password to access the webpage. If you need to make a change to your time, log back in, find your signup, and click "edit" to change. Spring conferences are optional but the teachers always love to discuss how your student is doing and talk through anything you would like to discuss. Contact the office with any questions! 
•    Elementary Conferences March 2-3: 3-7pm – signup required
•    Middle School Parent Meeting March 3: 6:30-7:30pm. Important parent meeting on March 3 from 6:30-7:30pm, along with finding out how your student is doing 3rd quarter and the BIG REVEAL of the end of year trip destination and details. No signup necessary.
•    High School Conferences March 3-4: 3-6pm – signup required

APRIL LUNCH ORDERS OPEN - Due Mar 19

April's lunch orders are open and due March 19; log into the FACTS Family Portal, click on Student, then Lunch, then Create Web Order to submit your order. If you want to help serve lunch to help count towards service hours, sign up for a slot on our Sign Up Genius!

FIRE FALL MINISTRIES PRESENTS

Join this amazing group of God loving, worship team as they lead us in worship to our God.  This free event is open to all and will take place on March 21 at 6 pm in the CCS gym.

GIRLS ON THE RUN

PRACTICES START March 9. Every Monday and Friday from 3:00-4:30 pm. 

NOW HIRING!

CCS is looking to hire students 16 years of age and older, interested in working in our before school program (M-F 6:55-7:30 a.m.) and/or our after school program (2:55-4:30 p.m) for the 2026-2027 school year. Please contact melissa.pidcock@calhounchristian.org for more details.

If you would like to volunteer for sports in any capacity (score board, books, concessions, gate, film), please contact don.hughes@calhounchristian.org.

SPORTS FUNDRAISER
Our sports fundraiser has begun – if athletes have not signed up, please do so this weekend. All athletes have been given paper directions on how to sign up.

Middle School and Varsity girls soccer parent/player meeting is Wednesday, March 4 at 6 pm in the chapel.
