The following changes were made in the 2025-2026 handbook from the 2024-2025 school year:
- Pages 10-12 – Minor changes to Financial Policies to ensure that practice is the same as written policy.
- Page 13 – Addition of statement about late pickup and the fees incurred by families.
- Page 22 – Addition of Appendix I as a required form to be completed by parents for students taking KCC classes.

Other Resources + Policies
The following items might be helpful as your family navigates their way through our school.
Background Check + Volunteer Agreement - every volunteer must complete this form each year
Family Service Agreement - this is completed during enrollment; families agree to donate 20 hours each year
Guest Student Application - for high schoolers who wish to bring an outside guest to homecoming or the senior banquet
Medication Administration Authorization - any student who needs to take prescription or OTC medication at school will need to have one of these completed
Parents and Students of Calhoun Christian School Agreement - both parents and students of CCS agree to abide by these guidelines
Planned Absence Form - if a student knows they will be absent, this is completed with the teachers to define makeup homework
Security Camera Policy - our policy surrounding the use of security cameras on school property
Student Driver Registration - for students who will be parking on school property
Technology Use Agreement - this is completed during enrollment; middle and high school students must abide by these technology use rules to use CCS computers
