Step back in time and experience the story of Jesus’ birth brought to life by our students. Bring your family and friends for this unforgettable evening! Doors open at 5:30 pm and tours will begin at 6 pm.

JANUARY LUNCH ORDERS OPEN - Due Dec 15

January's lunch orders are due on Monday, December 15 this coming month because of Christmas Break. Log into the FACTS Family Portal, click on Student, then Lunch, then Create Web Order to submit your order. If you want to help serve lunch, sign up for a slot on our Sign Up Genius!

SCENTSY FUNDRAISER 

The Alpha-Bots Robotics team and members of Lego Clubs invite you to support them through a Scentsy Fundraiser going on now through December 15. We will receive 25% of all sales.  Follow the link or QR code to place your order today.

LEGO EXPLORE AND CHALLENGE GROUPS

Students participating in our competition on December 6th must be registered to attend.  Contact Mr. Rome at Robert.Rome@calhounchristian.org.  Mr. Rome's group, the Challenge group, will meet after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are meeting on Saturday mornings from 9 am  to 12 pm as well.  Students are allowed to bring snacks to these extra meetings.  Mrs. Cropsey will be contacting her group, the Explorers, about extra practices if needed.

2025 GIFT GUIDE

The Christmas countdown is on!  The PIT Crew has compiled a list of all the staff's favorite things.  Check it out to see favorite stores, restaurants, coffee drinks, and treats of all our hard working staff.  We hope this will help you with your Christmas shopping. Be sure to check the RaiseRight binder in the office- it is stocked with gift cards and makes for easy one-stop shopping!

As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind families that gift cards are available for purchase in the school office. They make perfect stocking stuffers, teacher gifts (including some of their favorites), and more!
You can also special order gift cards for pickup at school or delivery to your home.

GIRLS ON THE RUN – COACHES NEEDED!

Girls in 3rd through 5th grade are invited to join Girls on the Run, an inspiring program that builds confidence and encourages healthy habits.
We’re also looking for volunteer coaches to help Mrs. Simmons lead this amazing experience!

PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

Students should wear dressy clothes in Christmas colors (no torn jeans or old shoes) and bring a hat, scarf (K-4 ONLY), and mittens or gloves as props for the program.
K-4 students are expected to be in their classrooms by 5:45. (Preschool parents may enter through the preschool doors.) Parents will be asked to keep their coats with them.  The program starts at 6. There will be a reception with cookies and punch following the program.  We need cookies!  We have some traditional cookie recipes available if you need them.
