Operation Christmas Child
Please return filled boxes or "wow" items by Friday, October 30. Our student council and fourth graders will be taking the boxes to a packing party on Monday, November 9.

October 27th Craft photography will be here for picture retakes. If your student needs to have their pictures retaken, be sure your student is prepared to be here in the morning of the 27th.

Join us Friday, November 13, from 5:00–9:00 PM for our annual Parents’ Night Out Missions Fundraiser at CCS!
Kids ages 6 months–12 years will enjoy dinner, games, a movie, arts & crafts, and plenty of fun while parents enjoy an evening out.
Cost: $30 per child | Family Maximum: $75
All proceeds support CCS mission trips, including the Junior Class inner-city mission trip to Washington, D.C.
SOUL BLAST 2026: “Run the Race”
Students in grades 6–12 are invited to Soul Blast, November 13–15! Registration is $65 and includes meals, housing, a T-shirt, concerts, speakers, a silent disco, and so much more. Check out the attached flyer for additional details and registration information. Friends Church of Battle Creek will be your host.
8th GRADE MEETING
Parents please make plans to attend the 8th grade meeting on November 16 at 5:30 pm in the chapel. We will be providing some very important details.

Christmas Program Cookies Needed! To help welcome our guests, we are asking each family to donate 2-3 dozen homemade Christmas cookies. Cookies will be shared at all three programs. Please bring them to the kitchen counter on Thursday, December 3.

PIT CREW STUFFY SLEEPOVER
On November 12, your stuffy is invited to a Stuffy Sleepover at CCS. After you drop them off, the stuffies will enjoy a dance party, snacks, a special story time with Mrs. Rome and more! Follow along on Facebook (Calhoun Christian School Private Group) to see what mischief they all get into during their fun night at school. This event is for stuffies only, no humans allowed! Cost is $5 per stuffy, which includes a souvenir photo and a certificate. Please see the attached flyer and permission slip for more information. Funds raised support the PIT Crew. Thank you!
PARENT MEETING 8th GRADE ONLY
If you have an 8th grade student, please plan to attend a brief meeting in the chapel November 16 at 5:30 pm.

Coming up on Wednesday, November 25 our school will be hosting our annual Grandparents' Day from 10am-11:15am. Save this date and look for an invitation to be coming home with your child next week.
