2025-2026 School Year Enrollment

HOW TO ENROLL FOR 2025-2026
Schedule a tour and conversation with our principal or preschool director
- Preschool families will meet with Melissa Pidcock, our preschool director
- Elementary families will meet with Jeralyn Belote, our elementary principal and head of school
- Middle school families will meet with Erin Gutowski, our middle school principal
- High school families will meet with Don Hughes, our high school principal
For transfer students, the following is needed before acceptance:
- A transcript for students entering 9th – 12th grade, or a recently completed report card or unofficial transcript for students entering 5th to 8th grade
- A copy of any IEP, 504 Plan, accommodations, modifications, etc.
Complete an application by April 6, 2025.
The application for 2025-2026 is now open. Complete a new student application for priority consideration by April 6, 2025. Applications will continue to be accepted through June 30, 2025, as space allows. Applications after June 30 for K-12 students are under special consideration, so please contact our Enrollment Specialist after June 30 to inquire about remaining space in classrooms. Full-time preschool students with an application completed by April 6 will be given priority consideration and part-time students will be notified by June. Preschool student applications are accepted at any time while space remains.
This includes a $55 non-refundable application fee per student. Applications can be submitted at any time.

Acceptance
If an application is submitted by the April 6, 2025, priority admission deadline, you will receive a notification by April 11, 2025. If submitted after, you will be notified within 2-3 weeks of your application to let you know about your spot for the fall. We do our best to accommodate all applicants, but space continues to be limited. You are always welcome to contact our Admissions office with questions.
Complete the enrollment packet online
If a spot is offered to you, there is an online enrollment packet that will need to be completed within one month of acceptance. This will also include paying the non-refundable student enrollment fees and providing vaccine records/waiver, birth certificate, and completing a background check for parents to volunteer in our building.
CRITERIA FOR PRESCHOOL
- Potty-trained by the preschooler's first day of school
- Age requirements:
- Preschool 3's: 3-years-old by September 1, 2025
- Preschool 4's: 4-years-old by December 1, 2025
- Begindergarten: 4-years-old by September 1, 2025
- Health appraisal completed and turned in before the first day of school
- Vaccine records and/or a waiver on file
CRITERIA FOR KINDERGARTEN
- 5-years-old by September 1, 2025
- A vision and hearing screening completed
- Vaccine records and/or a waiver on file
