We want to partner with you to make Christian education a reality for your family. Our staff and volunteers are eager to walk alongside of you every step of the way as you follow the path God has placed before you. It is our goal to be sure that the cost involved with a private, Christian education is explained with great detail so there won't be any surprises along the way. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU, and we want your family to be comfortable, informed, and successful in the process.
Multi-student Discount
Calhoun Christian School offers a multi-student discount to families with 2 or more students.
2nd student - 10% discount
3rd student - 20% discount
4th and any additional students - flat rate tuition of $1,350 per student
Financial Assistance
Guidelines to Apply for Financial Aid

Preschool-only families must be enrolled full-time to be eligible to apply for financial aid.

Financial aid is need-based and intended for families who could not afford CCS without aid. Expected tuition costs per student, with financial aid applied, would be somewhere in the tuition range listed below:

PK3 or PK4: $5,220 - $6,525

Begindergarten: $5,400 - $6,750

Kindergarten: $3,000 - $5,600

1st – 4th Grade: $3,000 - $5,900

5th – 8th Grade: $3,000 - $6,700

9th – 12th Grade: $3,000 - $7,000

Financial Aid applies only towards tuition. Other fees such as application, enrollment, mission, graduation, etc., are not eligible for financial aid assistance.

Families are responsible for all educational costs if the application is not completed by the time the first scheduled payment arrives.
Process to Apply for Financial Aid

Apply for admission to Calhoun Christian School. This must be finalized before applying for financial aid.

Contact our Enrollment Specialist to request the online Financial Aid application to be sent to you, anytime after February 1, 2024.

Complete the application, paying the associated $45 FACTS application fee. It should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Upload additional documentation, including tax documents, which vary depending on your financial situation but often include W2s and a Federal 1040 form.

After your financial aid application is complete and verified by FACTS, the financial aid committee will determine awards. Incomplete applications that have not been verified by FACTS as complete will not be reviewed. Applications may take 2-4 weeks for FACTS to process once all required documents have been submitted.
