Medication at School
Dear CCS Parents and Guardians,
We are aware and thankful for your trust in us as we serve your children on a daily basis in a myriad of capacities. In regards to the administration of medication, please know that we are bound by certain regulations. If medication is necessary during normal school hours, please complete the following form for Medication Administration Consent and Self-Administering Authorization.
